As a major agricultural country, my country's agricultural plastic film output ranks first in the world, with an annual output of about 600,000 tons of mulching film, and an area of about 144.7 million hectares covered by mulching film. However, due to the consideration of production cost and economy, my country's commercial agricultural mulch films are mainly PE, PVC and other extremely difficult-to-degrade plastic films. With the large-scale use of plastic mulches, the accumulation of discarded plastic mulches in cultivated land is increasing. , Not only affects the agricultural ecological environment, but also forms a barrier layer in the soil, reduces soil permeability, hinders the development of crop roots and the absorption of water and nutrients in the soil, resulting in a serious reduction in crop production. Therefore, in order to solve the pollution problem of the remaining plastic film on the soil, the degradable agricultural film with the same function has attracted more and more attention. However, the current commercially available degradable films have the problems of processing difficulties, poor mechanical properties and poor water resistance. .
Moreover, melamine has flame-retardant and insulating properties. If it is made into a high-grade melamine film and used as agricultural mulch, it is of great significance to reduce fire accidents in agricultural production and protect people's lives and property.
This project uses melamine as the basic raw material to replace the polyethylene raw materials on the market. It is transformed into a film with high temperature resistance characteristics through ionic liquid preparation, chemical synthesis, raw material blending, and green film forming technology. After the adjustment of the process method, It can realize the production of packaging film and agricultural film.
The prepared high-grade melamine film has the functions of flame retardant, insulation and degradability. After the research and development is successful, the dosage of melamine added is ≥50%, the limiting oxygen index (LOI) flame retardant performance is ≥25%, self-extinguishing from fire, and film tensile load Reaching 1.5N, it can be completely degraded within half a year to 1 year. The process technology is advanced, which is the first domestic research and development, the cost of raw materials is low, and the production process is green and environmentally friendly. 4. Melamine film is degradable and can be completely degraded within six months to one year, which can effectively solve the problem of soil pollution caused by residual plastic film.
5. Compared with the traditional film production process, the melamine film has low raw material consumption, which can effectively reduce production costs, reduce farmers' planting costs, and improve market competitiveness.
The R&D and application project of high-grade melamine packaging film is a domestic initiative.
