I am Wang Shipeng from the synthesis section of the synthetic ammonia workshop.I am honored to stand here and give a speech.The topic of my speech today is"Promoting Confucian Culture and Casting Sainty Glory".
A thousand years of light,Chinese civilization has gone through a splendid course of five thousand years.There are many precious spiritual treasures accumulated in the 5,000-year-old years,the Confucian culture is undoubtedly the most dazzling pearl among them.Entering a new era and society is changing with each passing day,modern enterprises must draw nourishment from traditional culture.We must study Confucius culture in depth,earnestly develop Sainty culture,and create a perfect combination of Confucius culture.

Confucius said,"First,work hard,and tirelessly."It means that I take the lead and everyone works hard and never gets tired.During the working period in the company,whenever there is a problem at work,the leader always leads by example."His body is upright,and he does not order,and if his body is not upright,even if he does not follow the order."I believe that under the leadership of the chairman and leaders at all levels to lead by example,we Sainty will definitely be more prosperous.
